Job summary

Lakeside Church is seeking an Associate Pastor of Worship to oversee the worship ministry, plan and direct services, and develop disciple-making leaders. The role includes leading rehearsals, coordinating with the AV team, and assisting in other ministry areas as needed.

The position is full-time and exempt, reporting to the Senior Pastor, with expectations to grow a vibrant, disciple-making worship ministry within the church family.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and directing a worship ministry.
• Ability to lead rehearsals and select songs for services.
• Skilled in recruiting volunteers and developing leaders.
• Experience coordinating audio/visual and equipment upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Disciple worship team members to grow in faith.
• Prepare and lead music for Sunday services and special events.
• Coordinate with sound/AV and oversee equipment needs.
