Job summary

Cornerstone Church Auburn is seeking a Spirit-filled Worship Leader to oversee all corporate worship experiences and shepherd worship teams across two Sunday services.

The role partners with the Lead Pastor to craft cohesive, Spirit-led services for a multi-generational congregation of about 500 attendees. Strong musical leadership, tech savviness, and discipleship focus are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Spiritual maturity and doctrinal alignment with Nicene Creed.
• 2–4 years of worship leadership in a medium-to-large church.
• Proficiency with worship software and tech tools.
• Ability to train and shepherd worship teams and volunteers.
• Strong musical reading and ability to train others in charts and arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging worship experiences for two Sunday services with the Lead Pastor.
• Integrate sacraments, prayer, and musical elements into worship flow.
