Qualifications

• Proven ability to musically direct a band on a Sunday morning without mid-week rehearsal.
• Experienced and educated in approaching worship, prayer, and gatherings through a robust theological and pastoral lens.
• Ability to anticipate administrative and logistical needs and resolve mid-week challenges independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan the musical and liturgy portions of worship gatherings in coordination with staff pastors.
• Lead and play in the band at least 3 times a month.
• Recruit, develop, and train worship musicians and leaders.
