A non-denominational multi-site church in Chesterfield, Missouri, is seeking a full-time Music Director to oversee the Music Team and create powerful musical worship during services. Responsibilities include leading staff, collaborating on service planning, and leading worship. Ideal candidates will have advanced knowledge of music production technology and experience as a worship leader. This role requires a strong commitment to the church's beliefs and values.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard pre-production technology.
• Ability to effectively communicate details for all instruments used at a worship venue.
• Experienced worship leader and vocalist.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and support all staff members of the Music Team.
• Work alongside campus music leads to develop and train the music team.
• Contribute to the creative process for music and service planning.
• Oversee execution of all worship-related music for weekend services.
• Collaborate with music staff to create and manage assets for Planning Center.
• Lead worship vocally and/or instrumentally for weekend services.

Connaissances

Advanced knowledge of industry-standard pre-production technology

Ability to play at least one instrument

Experienced worship leader and vocalist
