Job summary

Seacoast Church seeks an AVL Systems Coordinator to install, maintain, and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting across campuses. You’ll support staff and volunteers, ensuring distraction‑free worship experiences during services and events.

You will train production volunteers, coordinate with the Central IT Systems Team, and uphold consistent standards. Travel to campuses is expected, with on‑call rotations and some events outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a church or production environment with audio, video, lighting, acoustics.
• Willingness to travel to campuses for support and events.
• Able to train and work with staff, contractors, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain AVL systems across campuses, including consoles, speakers, routers, cameras, and LED walls.
• Provide Tier 1 support, troubleshoot issues in real time, and run systems for services and events.
• Train volunteers and collaborate with Central IT and campus production teams.
• Maintain documentation and standards across all campuses; participate in on‑call rotations.
