Job summary

Grace Madison in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Worship & Arts to lead a multicultural worship ministry, recruit and train musicians and tech volunteers, and plan meaningful Sunday services that reflect a diverse Kingdom audience.

You will work with the Location Pastor to coordinate song selection, service flow, Scripture, and prayer, while stewarding resources and creating a welcoming church environment for guests and members alike.

Qualifications

• Christ-centered worship leadership and spiritual maturity.
• Ability to lead diverse, multicultural worship environments.
• Experience building and shepherding volunteer worship teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for the worship ministry.
• Recruit, train, and schedule musicians and production volunteers.
• Plan worship services with the Location Pastor and oversee service flow.
