  • Influence activation strategies that help sellers and partners successfully engage customers and drive business growth.
Activation Planning & Execution
  • Lead business planning and content strategy discussions with key stakeholders and leaders.
  • Develop and execute integrated activation plans supporting product launches, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.
  • Own monthly and quarterly editorial strategies that align content, communications, and business objectives.
  • Plan and execute global webinars.

  • Review activation deliverables including sales resources, email campaigns, and other digital content.
  • Write/edit articles, executive communications, emails, scripts, etc.
  • Ensure messaging is compelling, consistent, and aligned with HPE's strategic priorities.
Program Management & Measurement
  • Manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and execution excellence.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and risks across activation plans.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and performance insights to continuously improve activation effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven recommendations to influence future communications and activation strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Outstanding program and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear and relevant messaging for diverse audiences, reflecting various go-to-market sales routes.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations, partner ecosystems, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • A data-driven mindset with demonstrated success using insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
  • Ability to successfully navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and a passion for driving impact.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in communications, sales activation, sales enablement, marketing, program management, or related disciplines.
  • Understanding of B2B technology markets, customer segments, and go-to-market models.
