About WW CSO

The Worldwide Channel Sales & Operations (CSO) team develops and deploys global sales programs and methodologies to enhance customer experience and drive sales across channels. We collaborate with cross-functional teams at both global and regional levels.

Role Description

We are seeking an AI Data Product Manager to define and implement the vision and architecture for our AI, Machine Learning, and NLP solutions. You will partner with our data intelligence team to build scalable capabilities for our digital transformation initiatives across channel sales platforms.

Responsibilities
  1. AI & Data Technology: Develop vision and strategy for data and AI architecture.
  2. Data Quality: Establish standards to ensure accurate business outcomes.
  3. Data Science & ML: Design data models and algorithms to answer business questions.
  4. NLP: Transform prototypes into useful NLP applications, train models, and refine libraries.
  5. Digital Transformation: Drive digitization, automation, and a data-first culture.
  6. Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to build a robust AI tech stack.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years in product leadership roles at major internet companies and startups.
  • Experience with AI/ML/NLP-driven digital transformation projects.
  • Strong background in mathematical modeling and consumer decision theory.
  • Proficiency in R/Python, NLP, and SQL.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing complex decision-making systems.
  • Expertise in building product and data tech stacks and architecture.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools like Tableau.
  • Product management expertise and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
