Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks a World Language Teacher - Spanish for J.P. Case Middle School in Flemington, NJ. The 2026-2027 school year is opened with ASAP-6/30/2027 tenure track. Salary is set per the FREA guide and will be prorated for partial-year assignments.

The successful candidate will hold NJ World Language/Spanish certification for Grades 5-8 and join a school team committed to middle school language development and student success.

New Jersey Spanish or Middle School with World Language/Spanish Subject Matter Specialization in Grades 5-8 certification required

Salary

Salary range: $64580 to $95,535, in accordance with the established FREA Salary Guide. Placement on the guide will be determined based on the provisions outlined in Article 12, Section A.1 (Initial Employment) of the FREA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Salary will be prorated based on FTE and for partial-year assignments.

Benefits

Eligibility for benefits is based on length of service and full-time employment status. In accordance with the FREA Collective Bargaining Agreement, full-time staff are eligible for medical, prescription, and dental coverage. Paid time off includes sick, personal, and bereavement days.
