This temporary role offers a weekly pay rate based on a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics, operations, or event delivery experience, ideally in large-scale sports or live events.
• Proven ability to manage delivery schedules and vendor coordination.
• Strong expertise in logistics systems and inventory control.
• Confident decision-maker who stays calm under pressure.
• Conversational English proficiency; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the Master Delivery Schedule by coordinating deliveries.
• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory within the venue.
• Help monitor goods flow and report issues to supervisors.
• Provide timely updates about stock availability.
• Coordinate with sustainability and housekeeping teams.
