Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs and respond with guidance. The role supports collision estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation and preparing paperwork for deliveries, while maintaining clear communication with customers and vendors.

You will follow Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines, working in a fast-paced production shop

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance as required to ensure smooth service.
• Assist collision estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for active deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partner guidelines and industry standards.
