Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in Boulder is seeking an experienced bartender to craft memorable dining experiences with hospitality, wine knowledge and precise service in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

You will pour beverages, follow steps of service, and collaborate with teammates to ensure guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in bartending.
• Full-time or part-time with nights and weekends availability.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.

JAX FISH HOUSE & OYSTER BAR – BARTENDER

Our Bartenders are the curators of our guests’ impression at Jax, responsible for dispensing hospitality, knowledge and guiding our guests through the dining experience. Must be detail oriented and well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing excellent communication skills and thriving in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Candidates should be experts in food and wine service, be eager to learn, jump into any service role needed, cool under pressure and adaptable.

Qualifications

• Sommelier and/or Cicerone Certification a plus.
• Tips and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (training provided).
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing roles.

Compensation
