Hennepin Healthcare is seeking a Workplace Violence Prevention Coordinator to support the organization’s safety initiatives. This role acts as a liaison among clinical, operational, security, educational, and leadership teams to drive alignment, training, and measurement of impact.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, with preferred Master’s degree. Inperson work in Minneapolis, MN, with a comprehensive total rewards package and strong emphasis on equity

Purpose of this position: The Workplace Violence Prevention Coordinator supports the coordination, implementation, and sustainment of the organization's workplace violence prevention strategy and related safety initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison among operational, clinical, security, educational, and leadership stakeholders to promote alignment, facilitate communication, support training and implementation efforts, monitor progress, and advance a culture of safety across the organization. The coordinator helps ensure workplace violence prevention initiatives are effectively executed, measured, sustained, and aligned with organizational priorities and regulatory expectations.
