GAF Materials Corp. in Parsippany, NJ seeks an IT Analyst to support implementation and enterprise technologies, provide on-site end-user and project support, and collaborate with IT, Security, and Network teams.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with Google Workspace, ServiceNow, ITIL foundations, and Windows OS in large environments; a bachelor’s degree or 3 years of enterprise IT experience; base salary range shown with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent enterprise IT experience.
• Experience supporting Windows OS in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and ServiceNow.
• ITIL Foundations v3 knowledge is preferred.

Team Summary

As a key member of the Workplace Technologies team, the IT Analyst will be responsible for Implementation and Support of Enterprise Technologies and Hardware. This role will provide onsite support at GAF Headquarters located in Parsippany, NJ. The Workplace Technology team is dynamic, constantly evolving, and innovative.

Job Summary

The IT Analyst must possess the skills to multitask Support and Projects in a fast paced environment.

Essential Duties

• Endpoint Imaging using Tanium Bare Metal Imaging
• Google Workplace Support (G Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Google Drive)
• Multi Location End User Support Chromebook Provisioning and Support Print Logic SAAS Administration Corporate Tech Bar Monitor, log and track assigned technical problems in our Ticket Management system (Service Now)
• Collaborate with all IT, Security, and Network Teams
• Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Required
• OR 3 Years of supporting Windows Operating Systems in an Enterprise Environment Required
• Preferred Knowledge of Service Now a Plus
• Proven Ability to Multitask
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• ITIL Foundations v3

Base Salary Range: $68,000-$93,500
