This role directly impacts enterprise growth, participant financial outcomes, and competitive positioning.

Position Overview

The Head of Reinvestment is a senior leader responsible for designing, executing and scaling wealth reinvestment strategies within our broader J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions team. The role leads the strategy that converts stock plan key moments (e.g. RSU vestings) into long‑term asset growth advisory engagement, managed portfolios, retirement products and brokerage solutions. This role will report directly to the Workplace Solutions Chief Commercial Officer and is based in New York, NY.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Reinvestment Strategy & Vision
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive participant engagement strategy to ensure the seamless transition of equity plan participants as qualified leads to appropriate wealth management platforms.
    • Establish and optimize processes for identifying, segmenting, and nurturing equity plan participants, ensuring high‑potential individuals are proactively connected with advisors.
    • Drive asset retention and conversion into advisory, brokerage, retirement, and managed solutions.
    • Establish reinvestment KPIs aligned with AUM growth and revenue targets.
  2. Revenue & Growth Leadership
    • Own reinvestment pipeline and performance metrics (conversion rates, AUM capture, revenue yield).
    • Lead initiatives to increase participant wallet share.
    • Partner with Sales and Relationship Management teams to embed reinvestment strategies into client proposals and renewals.
    • Identify new revenue streams tied to equity liquidity events.
  3. Product & Experience Innovation

    • Optimize digital nudges, automated workflows, and personalized reinvestment recommendations.
    • Ensure retirement and wealth solutions are embedded into stock plan workflows.
    • Champion the development and deployment of innovative tools and capabilities that empower advisors to identify, engage, and convert equity plan participants at scale.
  4. Client & Participant Engagement
    • Develop targeted campaigns around vesting seasons and liquidity events.
    • Oversee participant education strategies (financial wellness, tax planning, diversification).
    • Partner with enterprise clients to position reinvestment as a value‑added benefit.
    • Present reinvestment strategy to C‑suite stakeholders at corporate clients.
  5. Data, Analytics & Optimization
    • Establish dashboards tracking AUM capture, retention, and participant behavior.
    • Leverage predictive analytics to anticipate liquidity events and trigger engagement.
    • Continuously test and refine conversion strategies through data‑driven experimentation.
  6. Leadership & Team Development
    • Build and lead a high‑performing reinvestment organization.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across all participant‑facing teams, ensuring alignment with overall business growth and client engagement objectives.
    • Establish performance management frameworks tied to reinvestment outcomes.
