Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Co-worker Health Nurse to deliver health services to staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote wellness within the organization.

The role includes conducting new-hire health assessments, TB screening, fit testing, vaccination programs, first aid, and injury follow-up, while supporting Workers’ Compensation processes and confidentiality. Active Missouri license and BLS are required, with 2+ years clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN).
• Missouri nursing license (active).
• Minimum 2 years hospital or clinical experience.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments for new hires.
• Manage TB screening, respirator fit testing, and vaccination programs.
• Provide first aid and injury follow-up.
• Support Workers’ Compensation processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and report on health activities.
• Participate in safety committees and wellness initiatives.
