Job summary

Charles Schwab in Phoenix is seeking a Workplace Advice Consultant to deliver holistic financial planning, education and guidance to Stock Plan Services and Retirement Plan Services participants. You will represent Schwab with corporate clients and work on a team to address a wide range of wealth-management needs, from investment planning to education and estate planning.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Series 7 license is required.
• A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning, education and guidance to SPS and RPS participants on a team basis.
• Act as the “face of Schwab” for corporate clients, supporting participants with a range of wealth-management needs.
• Deliver in-the-moment answers and point-in-time guidance while maintaining high-touch service.
• Collaborate with Schwab specialists to leverage advice guidelines and market knowledge for clients’ progress toward goals.
