Job description

At Constant Contact, we are seriously awesome people who take ownership and make an impact by operating with the mindset, integrity and courage of a small business owner. There's something so profoundly rewarding about knowing that your work is empowering people everywhere to pursue their dreams. Here, we all play an integral part in helping business owners, entrepreneurs, non‑profits and individuals to succeed by giving them all the help and tools they need to grow online. We're energized by new challenges and new possibilities-and we’re just getting started! At Constant Contact, we believe great workplaces create great experiences, and that starts the moment someone walks through our doors. As our Workplace Experience Partner, you'll be the welcoming face of our Boston office and play an essential role in creating an environment where employees, guests, and candidates feel valued from the moment they arrive. Whether you're greeting visitors, helping a new hire settle in on their first day, coordinating an office event, or ensuring our workspace is running seamlessly behind the scenes, you'll help create an office people genuinely enjoy coming to. This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing order to busy days, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As part of our People Experience team, you'll collaborate across HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, and business leaders to keep our workplace operating smoothly while fostering a welcoming, engaging, and productive environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, customers, vendors, and guests, ensuring everyone receives a warm, professional, and memorable welcome.
  • Help cultivate a positive office atmosphere where employees feel supported and connected.
  • Build relationships across the organization and become a trusted resource for workplace questions and day-to-day needs.
  • Keep the Office Running Smoothly: Oversee day-to-day workplace operations during your scheduled hours, ensuring the office is organized, clean, stocked, and ready for the day.
  • Manage office supplies, kitchens, common spaces, meeting rooms, and workplace amenities.
  • Coordinate mail, shipping, deliveries, and other workplace logistics.
  • Respond to employee requests and workplace tickets, resolving issues directly whenever possible and partnering with the appropriate teams when needed.
  • Work closely with building management to coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and facility‑related needs.
  • Coordinate vendors and operations: Build relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure a consistently outstanding workplace experience.
  • Coordinate catering, office supplies, furniture, and workplace services.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative requests related to workplace operations.
  • Partner with internal teams including HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities to support office initiatives and projects.
  • Support Employees Throughout Their Journey: Help create an exceptional onboarding experience by preparing workspaces, coordinating orientation logistics, and welcoming new team members.
  • Assist with employee offboarding and workplace transitions.
  • Support employee engagement activities, office celebrations, team meetings, and special events by coordinating vendors, room setups, catering, and logistics.
Who You Are:
  • You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences for others.
  • You're naturally welcoming, approachable, and thrive in a customer‑focused environment.
  • You're highly organized and able to balance routine responsibilities with unexpected requests.
  • You notice the little things that make a big difference, from a stocked kitchen to a perfectly prepared meeting room.
  • You take ownership, follow through, and can work independently with minimal direction.
  • You're resourceful, proactive, and enjoy solving problems.
  • You're comfortable communicating with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as external vendors and visitors.
  • You're confident juggling multiple priorities.
  • You have experience using Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
  • Experience in workplace experience, hospitality, office management, facilities coordination, customer service, operations, or administrative support is a plus, but we're equally excited to meet candidates who have a passion for creating exceptional experiences and are eager to learn.
What to Expect During the Interview Process:
  1. Vervoe Assessment (Approximately 15 minutes): You'll complete a short, interactive assessment designed to simulate real situations you may encounter in this role, giving you a preview of what the position is like.
  2. Recruiter Conversation (20-30 minutes): Meet with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about Constant Contact, discuss your background, and explore whether this opportunity is a great fit for both of us.
  3. Predictive Index Assessment (Approximately 3-5 minutes): Next, you'll complete a brief behavioral assessment that helps us understand your natural communication and work style. There are no right or wrong answers - it's simply another tool to help us get to know you.
  4. Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes): You'll meet with the Director of People Operations to discuss your experience, learn more about the role, and talk through how you'll contribute to creating an outstanding workplace experience.
  5. Final Onsite Interview (Approximately 2 hours): Visit our Boston office, tour the space, meet with several team members and cross‑functional partners, and get a firsthand look at the environment you'll help create every day. This is also your opportunity to ask questions, meet future colleagues and experience our workplace culture in person.
Pay Transparency:

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on-target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
