Mojo is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Workplace Experience & IT Manager to own the day-to-day operations and experience of our New York office, manage our in-office events and hospitality, and serve as the internal owner of our technology operations. This is the person who knows how things work and makes sure they keep working. You notice what needs to be done, take ownership without waiting to be asked, and follow it through. On any given day, you might move from dealing with a building issue, to getting a new employee's laptop provisioned, to setting up a company happy hour, to holding an IT vendor accountable for an unresolved ticket, to noticing that a conference room isn't functioning properly and getting it fixed before anyone has to ask. You do not need to be an IT engineer. Mojo partners with a managed IT service provider for technical support and expertise. You will own that relationship internally: coordinating requests, managing equipment and access, tracking issues through resolution, maintaining documentation and inventory, and ensuring our external partners are delivering what the business needs. This is a highly hands-on role, but we're looking for someone who does more than complete tasks. You create systems, improve processes, anticipate what's coming, and make the operation better over time. The goal is simple: the office is well run, employees and guests have a great experience, events are thoughtfully executed, technology issues have a clear path to resolution, and the operational details that keep the workplace functioning do not fall through the cracks.
