The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to help create a space where people enjoy coming to work. You’ll be the friendly face of the office and the go-to person for everything that makes the day-to-day employee experience run smoothly—from welcoming guests to handling behind-the-scenes logistics. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that touches every corner of our organization. You’ll be part facilities, part hospitality, part culture champion—all rolled into one. If you're organized, people-oriented, and take pride in creating positive environments, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office by greeting visitors, assisting employees, and creating a welcoming environment.

  • Support day-to-day office operations including mail distribution, office supplies, maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and workspace setup.

  • Coordinate office amenities such as snacks, coffee, weekly catered breakfasts or lunches, birthday treats, and other morale-boosting moments.

  • Assist with new employee onboarding by preparing welcome kits and coordinating with IT, HR, and hiring managers to help create a memorable first-day experience.

  • Support company events, team meetings, and office celebrations by assisting with food orders, room setup, and logistical coordination.

  • Partner with teams across the organization to assist with office moves, workspace planning, and workplace improvements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and help enhance the overall employee experience.

What You Bring to the Table
  • A warm, helpful, and positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • At least one year of experience in office coordination, hospitality, workplace experience, or a similar support role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • The ability to troubleshoot issues independently and take initiative when addressing challenges.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general comfort working with modern workplace tools.

  • A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Salary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected salary range between $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
