Expected salary range of $81,000 to $90,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

The ideal candidate must have an advanced understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes. The Permit Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all company trade licenses, and insurance documentation are up-to-date and compliant with regulation. This position requires working in an office setting with a team atmosphere. This position is not a hybrid position.
