Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA in West Chester, PA is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism in a structured therapy setting. You will implement program activities consistent with client needs and therapy plans, and collaborate with the care team to monitor progress.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, at least 6 months of experience with children (ABA preferred), and a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card. This is a permanent, W2 position with compensation up to $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months working with children.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
