Job summary

Zook Interiors LLC is hiring a full-time Commercial Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial interior projects. In this hands-on leadership role you’ll work in the field, solve problems, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure safety, quality, and progress.

You’ll head crews performing metal stud framing, drywall hanging/finishing, and related scopes, balancing hands-on work with leadership to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience in metal stud framing and/or drywall hanging or finishing.
• 2+ years in a crew leader/foreman or similar field leadership role.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on commercial interior projects and keep crews productive.
• Read and apply blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Plan daily work, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.

We're hiring a full-time Commercial Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial interior construction projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be in the field, working alongside your crew when needed, solving problems, coordinating with Project Managers, and making sure the work gets done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our Foremen lead commercial interior construction work with a strong focus on metal stud framing, drywall hanging and finishing, and related scopes. You'll be responsible for keeping your crew productive, organized, and moving in the right direction.

This includes:

• Lead and coordinate field crews on assigned projects
• Work hands-on alongside the crew when needed
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Plan daily work and assign responsibilities
• Coordinate with Project Managers and subcontractors
• Keep projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor workmanship and address issues before they become punch-list items or callbacks
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and jobsite needs
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
• Track job progress and communicate clearly with the team
• Build strong working relationships with customers, coworkers, and project partners

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience in metal stud framing and/or drywall hanging or finishing
• 2+ years of experience as a crew leader, Foreman, Superintendent, or similar field leadership role
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and field methods
• Ability to lead a crew while still jumping in and doing the work when needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical jobsite judgment
• Clear communication skills
• Valid driver's license
