Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Working Foreman to lead Mass Transit Tire operations in the U.S. market. The role involves hands-on tire service, supervising coworkers, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have prior management experience, at least 1 year of commercial tire experience (mounting, balancing, flat repairs), and a valid driver's license. Day and night shifts may be required; relocation is not offered.

• Comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

The pay rate for this position is $27.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Basic Requirements:

• Previous management experience

• Minimum 1 year experience working with Commercial Tires including mounting, balancing, and flat repairs

• Position requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts including nights and weekends.

• Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements, including be at least 21 years of age.

• No relocation is being offered for this position.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
