Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to maintain and enhance the enterprise Workforce Planning model in Adaptive Planning. You will bridge finance, HR and technology to ensure accurate, scalable headcount planning aligned with strategic goals.

You will own the model, build finance deliverables and reporting, train users, and lead system expansion across entities and acquisitions while partnering with senior management on ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years with modeling, configuring, and integration of Workday Adaptive Planning for FP&A and workforce planning.
• 3+ years of experience with report building in Adaptive Office Connect, HTML and/or report automation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the enterprise Workforce Planning model in Adaptive Planning, including structure, logic, and ongoing enhancements.
• Build Finance deliverables and reporting related to compensation and headcount planning.
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve model usability and performance.
• Drive system adoption through user training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across business units.
• Lead system expansion initiatives, including onboarding new entities and integrating acquisitions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, model logic questions, and system-related issues.
• Define and enforce data standards, access controls, and audit trails within workforce planning system.
• Support senior management with ad-hoc projects leveraging Adaptive Planning data.
