Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our FP&A function with headcount planning, personnel expense forecasting, and workforce analytics.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, and business leaders to build employee‑level financial plans and deliver scenario analyses that inform staffing decisions. The role is in-office at our Plano, TX, location, with 0-5% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or Accounting experience, headcount planning preferred.
• BS/BA in Business, Accounting, or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders across Finance, HR, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead headcount budgeting and personnel expense modeling.
• Develop workforce scenarios and forecasting for staffing plans.
• Maintain plans by budget owner, department, and GL account.
• Support PCN implementation and related financial models.
• Provide insightful reporting on staffing costs and drivers.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly variance analyses for personnel costs.
