Job summary

You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HR Operations, and technology teams to develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting routines that improve workforce planning, recruiting effectiveness, and talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in analyzing HR and workforce data to support business decisions through dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Strong collaboration with HR, TA, IT, and business stakeholders to define metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve people metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting routines for workforce insights.
• Translate HR and workforce data into practical insights and executive-ready narratives.
• Define metric requirements with stakeholders to align outputs to business priorities.
• Support workforce planning by identifying talent supply and demand patterns and gaps.
• Improve data quality by standardizing data capture and reporting processes.
• Develop repeatable reporting processes and governance routines.
