Responsibilities

• Establish contacts with local businesses to promote job openings and communicate employer incentives.
• Assist clients with placements: applications, interview skills, retention, attire and hygiene guidance.
• Conduct intake assessments to match employment with client abilities and preferences.
• Supervise and coordinate vocational services for clients.
• Facilitate and develop community-based worksites.
• Teach training modules.
• Coordinate and supervise vocational training programs.
• Track clients' hours and maintain rehabilitation records.
• Maintain communication with funding sources.
• Coordinate operations at community worksites and move clients into competitive employment after training.
• Supervise payroll and processing staff.
• Coordinate with staff and operations.
• Promote professional work ethics, attire, and hygiene.
• Provide job coaching in community sites.
• Assist in job modifications as needed.
• Communicate work performed to employers.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
