Associate Attorneys will take depositions, appear before the WCAB, and manage cases through all levels of complexity with a focus on client service and efficient resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of Workers' Compensation experience preferred.
• Active CA Bar license required.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions and appear before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
• Develop strategies for efficient resolution of cases.
• Communicate with clients and manage case strategy.
• Negotiate and settle cases-in-chief and liens.
• Draft pleadings and reports.
• Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
