EMC Insurance is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to evaluate notices, assess coverage, and determine compensability across jurisdictions.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, one year of claims adjusting experience, and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States with occasional travel for licensing. You will collaborate with stakeholders on return-to-work, settlements, and subrogation opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and one year of workers' compensation claims adjusting experience.
• Working knowledge of insurance contracts, medical terminology, and relevant laws; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain applicable state licenses within one year and travel occasionally with a valid driver's license.
