Job summary

Great West, an Old Republic Company, is seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster who enjoys solving problems, making informed decisions, and helping people navigate challenging situations with confidence and compassion.

You’ll investigate, evaluate, and manage claims from start to finish, negotiate settlements, and build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys.

LOCATION:A hybrid work schedule based out of the South Sioux City, NE office OR Boise, ID office (three days a week in office and two days remote). Opportunity for a fully remote position based on experience.

• Negotiate settlements and drive claims toward successful resolution.

• Experience in workers compensation claims or a related insurance, claims, or risk management role is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Critical thinking and the confidence to make sound, independent decisions.
