Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Workers' compensation/insurance defense.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of applicable statutes.
• Develop strategies, evidence, and arguments in preparation for trial.
• Prepare a variety of legal documents such as discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and medical composites.
• Use computer programs, document management systems and other technology to enhance job performance.
