You will liaise between the third-party administrator and injured employees, manage modified duty placement, and coordinate transitional duty and ADAAA accommodations to promote employee well‑being.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and compliance capabilities within a patient‑centered environment, contributing to a stable healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of experience in Worker's Compensation, Human Resources or related field in lieu of the degree.
• Familiar with Google and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to prepare and present presentations.
• Critical analysis skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation.

Responsibilities

• Assist injured employees and liaison between the third-party administrator and injured employees.
