You will verify coverage, determine compensability, and negotiate settlements within your authority while coordinating return-to-work efforts for the injured employee.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of WC claims experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work independently with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Three years' experience in a workers' compensation claims environment.
• Continuous learning and certification is encouraged.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies workers' compensation coverage of employers and injured employees.
• Determines compensability under workers' compensation through investigation.
• Assists in negotiating settlements within authority.
• Manages claim reserves and documentation.
• Facilitates return to work for injured employees.
• Maintains liaison with external vendors and internal teams.
• Stays updated on workers' compensation laws and regulations.
