Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education/experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and timelines.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients; maintain documentation.
