The ideal candidate will have 5 years of claims experience, WA/OR licensing, and a strong ability to negotiate settlements while communicating clearly with claimants and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's preferred, professional certification as applicable to line of business.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing/jurisdiction knowledge: WA and OR.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to determine exposure and appropriate resolution.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with the claimant and client.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to directions promptly.
