Marshall Dennehey, a leading AM Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of litigation experience to join the Workers' Compensation Department in Cleveland, OH.

You will litigate a variety of workers' compensation claims, under mentorship, and have opportunities to advance within the firm. The posted salary range is $100,000–$125,000 with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of litigation experience in workers' compensation or related fields.
• Strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Litigate workers' compensation claims and contribute to case strategy.
• Develop skills to manage a case from inception through resolution under mentorship.
