Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise systems. You will deliver hands-on integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs with emphasis on reliability, security, and data quality.

Ideal candidates have shipped meaningful Workday integrations in production, understand tenant models and security, and write maintainable Studio code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Location: 100% Remote (United States)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2

Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually

Job Summary

We are looking for a Workday Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with strong attention to reliability, security, and data quality. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Workday integrations in production, navigates Workday’s tenant model and security framework with confidence, and writes well-structured Studio integrations that are easy to maintain. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce).
