Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Workday ERP Tech Lead/Senior Analyst with experience in Project and O&M to support and optimize the Workday ERP environment. This role focuses on SCM and Finance modules, change control, and deployment of new features and enhancements.

The candidate will coordinate with clients, manage on-call rotations and ensure secure access and upgrades. The position offers remote work from Eden Prairie, MN, aligning with client needs for enterprise ERP support and ongoing

Qualifications

• 6+ years Workday SCM and Workday Finance experience in an operational or technical support role.
• Experience with Workday modules and report building.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise ERP System in Workday environment.
• Build supply chain optimizations and new features.
• Deploy new modules/projects/enhancements.
• Manage Change Control through production migrations.
• Assist upgrades, security, access controls, and monitoring.
• Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and tickets.
• Collaborate with client and Change Management to document business requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical issues.

Position- Workday ERP Tech Lead (Senior Analyst role with experience in Project and O&M)

Location- Eden Prairie, MN (REMOTE)

Primary Responsibilities may include:

• Support Enterprise ERP System
• Build supply Chain optimizations and new features
• Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements
• Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
• Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
• Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
• Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements
• Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years Workday Workday SCM and Workday Finance experience in an operational or technical support experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree
