Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice in Virginia seeks a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Emerging ERP Solutions team to support public sector Workday implementations and transformation across finance and planning functions.

You will work on Workday Financials modules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to data conversion, integrations, and testing throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of Workday experience across core modules.
• Public sector experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday Financials: GL, AP, AR, revenue, banking, settlements, budgets, supplier accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Financials implementations across GL, AP, AR, revenue, banking, settlements, budgets, and supplier accounts.
• Contribute to assets and projects workstreams: fixed assets, capital projects, project accounting, and billing.
• Support spend management: procurement, expenses, procure-to-pay.
• Assist with grant management and grant accounting.
• Participate in data conversion, integrations, testing, PMO support, cutover, and Workday Adaptive Planning delivery.
