This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from strategy and planning through deployment, stabilization, and ongoing optimization.The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management expertise, Workday functional knowledge, stakeholder engagement skills, and consulting experience. This individual will partner with client executives, business leaders, HR organizations, and technical teams to drive large-scale enterprise transformation programs while ensuring delivery excellence, quality, governance, and business value realization.Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources.
