Job summary

Lake Charles Memorial Health is seeking a Workday and Interface Integration Analyst to lead development, deployment, monitoring, and support of Workday integrations and external interfaces across clinical, financial, and administrative systems. The role partners with Workday, IT, HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure secure, reliable data exchange and process automation.

The ideal candidate will design, test, and maintain hospital-owned integrations, monitor production processes, and troubleshoot

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field.
• 3+ years experience supporting enterprise applications, interfaces, or integrations.
• Experience with web services, APIs, XML, JSON, REST, SFTP, SQL, or related integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support Workday integrations.
• Develop and support healthcare interfaces using Corepoint or similar tools.
• Handle HL7, API, web services, and file-based interfaces between systems.
• Collaborate with Workday, IT, HR, payroll, finance, and vendors to define requirements.
• Monitor production interfaces, investigate errors, and resolve data issues.
• Coordinate interface implementations and testing with application teams and vendors.
