Become part of our dynamic, fast-paced Integrations Continuous Value Services (CVS) consulting practice. We seek a passionate Workday Integrations/Extend CVS Principal Consultant dedicated to client success. If you enjoy solving complex inter-system problems and developing SaaS, SOA, web service expertise, this role is for you.
As a Workday Integration CVS Consultant, you will leverage your technical skills, maintain business context awareness, and demonstrate a strong work ethic within a collaborative culture focused on customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily activities supporting Workday integrations/Extend for various customer contracts, including staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and project delivery.
- Track issues and risks, communicate status updates, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on interface development and operation within SaaS platforms.
- Provide expertise on Workday best practices.
- Assess and communicate the technical impacts of integration decisions.
- Develop deep knowledge of core Workday functionality and understand related modules such as Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.
- Mentor colleagues by sharing product knowledge to grow our practice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate design options, and deploy integration solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
- Ideally 3-5 years of consulting experience.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Active Workday Integration and Extend Certification; Workday Studio certification preferred.
- Project experience using SOA tools in technical or techno-functional roles.
- Proficiency with web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML.
- B.A. / B.S. in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
- Attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- This role is expected to be 100% remote.
Salary and Benefits:
Applications are accepted until 07/01/2025. The annual salary ranges from $109,459 to $144,424, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
