Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workday integrations development (HCM & Financials).
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather specs and design integrations.
• Develop Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio.
• Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, Java).
• Security knowledge: ISU, PGP, MFA.
• Data migration, integration development, and calculated fields.
• Workday HCM and Financials integrations experience.
• Time management and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaboration.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional stakeholders to assess integration needs and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations across HR and Finance modules.
• Implement security measures and data migration tasks.
