Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise software engineering.
- 7+ years in Workday Financials/Accounting Center and integration-heavy environments.
- Proven leadership in architecture and solution design for large-scale systems.
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Workday integrations.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP, API design, and SOA patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions across Workday Financials and related platforms.
- Design, develop, and govern Workday Financial solution integrations with external systems.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor engineers through architecture reviews and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI/ML and automation tools.
- Foster continuous learning and engineering excellence within teams.
