Job summary

A Solutions and Placement firm in Pittsburgh is seeking a Workday Developer to support ongoing HCM and Financial implementations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience with Workday integrations, be familiar with tools like Workday Studio and EIB, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities include technical guidance on integration architecture and assisting project teams during testing. This role offers flexibility in hours as the full-time engagement ramps up.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience developing integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
• Proven ability to diagnose integration issues and guide teams toward resolution.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to interpret requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on integration architecture during Workday HCM implementation.
• Build and configure integration solutions connecting Workday with external platforms.
• Support the creation of data transformation logic and field-level mappings.
• Assist project teams during end-to-end testing cycles.
• Analyze and resolve data transmission errors or failures.
• Prepare detailed technical artifacts including integration specifications.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to design scalable integration.
• Contribute expertise during implementation planning discussions.
