Job summary

Invisors is seeking a Workday Financial Grants Senior Consultant to partner with clients in delivering Workday Financial solutions. You will lead client conversations, design sessions, configure and deliver Workday grants functionality, and mentor junior consultants within the FINS practice.

Based in the United States, this full-time W2 role emphasizes client-facing delivery, internal process improvement, and driving successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Workday implementation/project experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About this Role

As an Invisors Workday Financial Grants Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver Workday Financial solutions and implementations. You’ll lead client conversations, solve complex business challenges, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes. In addition to client work, you will contribute internally to help improve processes and support the growth of the organization.

Location & Employment Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.
• This is a full-time W2 position only. Invisors does not offer C2C arrangements or contract opportunities.
