Job summary

PJT Partners is seeking a skilled Workday Financials professional to maintain a secure and efficient financial platform across multiple modules, including AP, GL, Expenses, and Projects. You will partner with Finance to design scalable solutions and dashboards.

The role requires hands-on configuration experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication to coordinate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. A base salary is offered with bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/IT/finance-related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes with approvals and conditional logic.
• Knowledge of Workday security policies and domain/security configurations.
• Strong skills in Workday Report Writer and advanced reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Workday Financials and diagnose issues.
• Lead Workday Financials projects from planning to execution aligning with business goals.
• Configure security, domains, and business processes in Workday.
• Support Workday Financials across multiple modules (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Expenses).
• Build reports and dashboards translating requirements into scalable designs.
• Collaborate with Finance to design effective Workday solutions.
