Accenture is seeking a Workday Record to Report Consultant to lead design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials R2R workstreams for U.S. clients.

You will map business requirements, prototype solutions, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with finance stakeholders while applying Accenture methodologies.

Travel may be required. Active Workday Financials Partner Certification with 3+ years of consulting and R2R experience is required.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Financials Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials R2R experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). (If Associates Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead/design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials Record to Report workstreams.
• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting R2R solutions for cohesive and cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options via prototyping and applied methodologies.
• Mentor junior analysts on project delivery and system solution approaches.

You Are

You are comfortable leading process design and configuration, working with finance stakeholders, and collaborating across functional and technical teams. You bring the core capabilities of a Workday Financials / FDM Lead, with a particular focus on R2R, and can confidently guide design decisions, challenge legacy processes, and drive solutions aligned with Workday leading practices and broader finance transformation objectives.

As a Workday Record to Report Consultant your primary responsibilities may include:

• Lead/Support the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials Record to Report workstreams
• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials Record to Report workstreams
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday R2R solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies in project delivery
• Mentor Junior analysts on project delivery and system solution approaches
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary based on business needs and client requirements.

Here's What You Need

• Active Workday Financials Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level role
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Financials R2R experience
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If

• You hold an advanced degree or professional certification in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
• You hold certifications or have hands-on configuration experience across additional Workday Financials modules including Procure to Pay, Contract to Cash, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash Management, or Grants
• 3+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer
• You have client-facing experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, or Retail.
• You bring prior ERP or SaaS financial application experience outside of Workday — such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, NetSuite, or Lawson
