Job summary

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a boutique consulting firm expanding its Workday Financials practice in the United States. This senior role will help grow the support team while delivering hands-on configuration and design for core modules such as Ledger, P2P, and Projects.

You will lead functional workshops, map client data, and coordinate workstreams, while mentoring Consultants on configuration quality and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience.
• Partner-level Workday Financials Core certification plus at least one specialty module.
• Strong hands-on configuration capability and workstream planning to deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration design and implementation of core and specialty Workday modules.
• Drive hands-on configuration tasks, custom business processes, and validation activities.
• Lead client workshops, coordinate data-mapping activities, and manage day-to-day workstream deadlines.
• Act as the first line of review for configuration quality built by Senior Consultants and Consultants.
